Worldwide Return

 

Return of purchased models is carried out within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. The returned model must be in the store within 14 days.

• When you decide to return the model, please let us know by e-mail or in the chat section of the site.
• The model you want to return or change must be neatly folded and placed in the packaging provided to you when you purchase, shoes should be returned in the same packaging as when you purchased.
• Models that you want to return or replace must be returned unworn, unwashed, with a tag, intact and without any smells (including perfumes).
• Discount models are non-refundable.
• The store will accept the returned model if the above return conditions are not violated.

 

 

Worldwide refunds

 

The amount will be refunded after compliance with the return conditions of the model.

The period of the refund depends on the Bank.
